Raul and Maria Gil, the owners of Casa Don Juan, have always dreamed of having the opportunity to show off our passion for Mexican cuisine.

Casa Don Juan first opened its doors in 1995, founded by Maria and Raul Gil. The couple shared a deep passion for authentic Mexican cuisine and were committed to crafting a menu that celebrated the rich diversity of flavors from every region and state of Mexico. From the very beginning until today's date, all dishes have been made from scratch daily, using only the freshest, most natural ingredients free from preservatives and additives.

Today, their son, R. Billy Gil, proudly carries on the ownership and vision of the family business. Staying true to his roots, Billy continues to honor the legacy his parents built, while constantly striving to elevate the Casa Don Juan experience. His mission remains clear: to make Casa Don Juan not only a beloved staple in Las Vegas, but a continually evolving and improving destination that delivers an authentic taste of Mexico to every guest.
